(Notice about Internal admissions)

Internal admissions will introduce the Web Application starting from the August 2025 entrance exams. The Kobe University Web Application site is scheduled to be released in early June. The process for Web Application on the Web Application site will be additionally announced in early June, so please be sure to check this page. Before submitting application documents, online application registration is required on the Web Application site. For a Web Application, you will need a computer, printer, email address, and a photo of your face. Please carefully check the method of submitting documents, and apply with plenty of time.

    Qualifications for Application
    Those who fall under any of the following
    • Getting a bachelor degree (or expected to complete)
    • Completing sixteen year's school education (or expected to complete)
    • Over 22 years old and being admitted equivalent to a bachelor degree by Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Kobe University

    Documents Generally Required for Application
    • Master's Course Application Form
    • Official Academic Transcript
    • Certificate of Graduation (or expected to complete)
    • Photographs
    • Entrance Examination Fee
    • Letter of Recommendation
    • Certificate which tells you have enough Japanese Language skill to study in Japan
    *Applicants intend to have been enrolled in other universities (or company) during their study in Master's Course of Kobe University have to submit Letter of Approval from your University (or company).
    *Foreign residents in Japan have to submit Certificate of Alien Registration.
    Examination
    Written examination about the subject which you'd like to major in Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Interview in Japanese
