The Agri-Food Process Engineering Laboratory focuses on animal, food and waste biomass. We conducts education and research on bioprocesses, physico-chemical processes and their combined processes that contribute to sustainable agricultural production and food processing, and the building of a recycling society. Our research group is currently working mainly on anaerobic digestion process and its applications.
